At Elprotronic Inc., we stand behind the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unmodified condition. If your hardware or software tools do not meet your technical requirements, we provide a streamlined process for replacements and refunds.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any hardware back to our facility.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original anti-static packaging, ensuring all cables, adapters, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Elprotronic

  Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship via a tracked carrier to our headquarters for inspection and verification.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our engineers verify the hardware's integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange unit within 5 business days.
